Mission:

To Facilitate The Formation And Growth of Small Chemical Businesses

Purposes:

The New Jersey Group of Small Chemical Businesses is a professional organization which serves its members by:

• Serving as a forum to foster interactions among chemical companies of all sizes, consultants and entrepreneurs,
• Promoting continuing education of its members through speaker presentations at its meetings and through special interest seminar.
• Facilitating networking among its members and guests, creating new business relationships
• Fostering closer relations between the chemical industry and the community at large.

Background:

Founded in 1992, the NJGSCB already has more than 100 members. Many are entrepreneurs and/or chief executives of their own companies. Others hold a variety of executive, management, or technical positions in both large and small chemical manufacturing, consulting or distribution firms. Still others are attorneys, members of marketing communications firms, accountants, or similar firms with close ties to, and providing valued services to, the chemical industry. Membership is open to individuals, small and large companies, and corporations.

Affiliation:

The New Jersey Group of Small Chemical Businesses is a topical group of the North Jersey Section of the ACS, and of the ACS Small Chemical Business Division .

The New Jersey Group of Small Chemical Businesses meets bi-monthly for dinner meetings. Speakers with relevant professional experience address topics of special interest to small chemical businesses in a setting that provides unique networking opportunities. Visitors are always welcome.
